At Hawi Nature's Touch, we take care to ensure your natural skincare products reach you safely and promptly. Below you'll find everything you need to know about our shipping process.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
Domestic Shipping (Kenya)
We ship across Kenya from our base in Nairobi.
Estimated delivery times:
- Nairobi: 1–2 business days
- Up Country: 3–5 business days
- Remote Areas: 5–7 business days
International Shipping
Estimated delivery times: 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your shipment through our courier's tracking portal. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping rates. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an order.
All international parcels are declared at full value in compliance with international shipping regulations.
Shipping Restrictions
Certain natural ingredients in our products may be subject to import restrictions in some countries. If your order cannot be shipped to your destination, we will notify you promptly and arrange a full refund.
